High‑Frequency Welding Aluminum Spacer Bars for Insulating Glass (hereinafter referred to as “Aluminum Spacer Bars”) are high‑performance aluminum products specifically developed for use in insulating glass. These bars are made from high‑purity aluminum strips, formed by high‑frequency welding. They exhibit excellent compatibility with other materials used in insulating glass.
Product Technical Requirements
1. Wall thickness: Maximum deviation of ±0.025 mm for the peripheral wall thickness.
2. Bend quality: The product must be free from hard bends and side bends (except for natural free‑hanging curvature).
3. Appearance: The surface must be smooth and even, without dents, impacts, or uneven pores.
4. Sizes: 4A‑40A.
Packaging
Packed in cartons, with a requirement for a neat, straight appearance without twists or exposed areas.
Storage and Transportation
Storage: Must adhere to the “Six Standards”: organized by plan, batch, name, type, specification, and dimension; and the “Six No’s”: no contact with the ground, no moisture, no damage, no impacts, no corrosion, and no loss. Proper storage is essential.
