Equipment Features:

1. The equipment can perform three-dimensional lamination of various PVC films onto materials such as home furniture, cabinets, audio cabinets, and paint-free doors. It can also be used for hot transfer film and single-sided solid wood veneer lamination after installing a silicone board.
2. During lamination, high-conductivity aluminum heating bars are used to provide even heating without dead spots, improving the activation temperature of the glue and the softening degree of the PVC, resulting in better adsorption and enhanced edge-wrapping quality of the workpiece.
3. Traveling: The worktable adopts tracking-type movement, ensuring smooth operation and significantly improving the drawbacks of rack-and-pinion movement (equipped with a 1.5 kW frequency inverter, fast worktable entry/exit, time-saving, good stability, and no misalignment between the workpiece and backing board).
4. Vacuum pump: Uses a Shanghai Xikeshi XD100 single-stage rotary vane vacuum pump. The enlarged vacuum pump provides better adsorption effect, low noise, no pollution, and long service life.
5. Electrical components: The entire machine uses Delixi brand electrical components.
6. Controller: Uses a 7-inch touch screen with intelligent one-key start.
7. Viewing window: The extra-long viewing window offers a good view, an elegant appearance, and allows effective observation of the adsorption effect inside the worktable as well as time recording.
8. Insulation layer: The machine body is specially equipped with a nano-molecular insulation layer, featuring high density, longer insulation time, better effect, high efficiency, energy saving, and heat insulation.
9. Heating system: Uses a heating tube heating system, with aluminum bars for heat conduction. Both sides are equipped with auxiliary heating and corner heating, forming wraparound heating of the main machine. This heating system avoids uneven corner heating, and the insulation layer of the main machine is thickened, which saves electricity and is safe and environmentally friendly (this equipment saves about 20%–40% energy).
10. Solenoid valves: Uses all-copper solenoid valves from Zhejiang.
11. Air filter element: Uses the original air filter element of the vacuum pump.
12. Air tank: Enlarged size for increased air storage capacity.
13. The whole machine is assembled through CNC cutting and stamping, with a reinforced body, featuring advantages such as high precision and strong overall stability.
14. Function: Parameters such as the number of adsorption cycles and adsorption interval time can be adjusted during specific operations (parameters can be adjusted according to the concave-convex degree of different boards and different PVC thicknesses to achieve better results, and manual and automatic mode switching can be performed based on one’s own operating habits).
